Whether you’re looking to release tension, support recovery from injury, or simply restore balance to your body, massage offers a personalized way to reconnect with your physical self. I provide the following three types of sessions:
- Relaxation Massage – Focused on easing everyday tension and promoting a sense of calm throughout the body and nervous system.
- Treatment Massage – A targeted session addressing 1–2 specific areas of discomfort or imbalance, using techniques designed to improve alignment, mobility, and overall function.
- Blended Massage – Primarily a relaxation-focused session, with additional attention given to areas of tension that may benefit from deeper work. This approach allows you to experience overall relaxation while addressing specific needs without the intensity of a full treatment session.
My approach is holistic and integrative, considering the relationship between your muscles, fascia, nervous system, and overall well-being. Each session begins with a brief check-in to understand your current needs and ends with time for reflection and integration, ensuring you leave feeling supported and more connected to your body.
