“I was struck by Rachel’s gentle encouraging style and her thoughtful planning of sessions. She is careful with all her students, talks to everyone individually and is sensitive to their different ability levels, while urging us to be decadent and sensual in our movements. She is just what you hope your yoga teacher will be.”
